Local event this weekend........Spring tide food festival

The National Trust West Dorset will once again host the Jurassic Fantastic Spring Tide Food Festival at Hive Beach, Burton Bradstock over the weekend of the 16 & 17 May 2015 from 10am - 4pm amid the backdrop of Lyme Bay on Dorset’s iconic Jurassic Coast.

There’ll be lots going on over the weekend for you to see and enjoy with a strong community emphasis that will offer an opportunity to discover and meet the local food producers on your doorstep.

With over 40 stallholders attending, including regular Spring Tiders and new 'foodies' on the block, we'll bring together and showcase some of the best food and drink from across the county featuring an all star line up of locally made artisan bread, jams, chutneys, tea, coffee, beer, cider, wine, cheese, chocolate, cakes, confectionary, charcuterie, fish, meat and veg.
