From December 1st 2014 we did some changes Courthouse Farmhouse and Courthouse Cottage so they are now 1 large property. Courthouse Farmhouse sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms and it has 3 bathrooms, lounge/conservatory, kitchen/dining room, large enclosed lawned garden and parking area.

Fancy a ride on a tram................Seaton Tramway has many trams so open top so you can enjoy the scenery and the weather on a bright, sunny day.

 

 

 Seaton Tramway operates narrow gauge heritage trams between Seaton, Colyford and Colyton in East Devon's glorious Axe Valley, travelling alongside the River Axe estuary through two nature reserves and giving an unrivalled view of the abundant wading bird life.

 The coastal resort of Seaton is now a gateway town to the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, whilst the historic town of Colyton is described as "Devon's Most Rebellious Town" for its part in the Monmouth Rebellion of 1685.

Area photos of Cardsmill Farm, this is the main farm where we offer Bed & Breakfast. Self Catering guests are welcome to come to the main farm during there stay to see the robotic milking, baby calves and beef calves. Lambing is currently taking place this month and will be on and of until May.
