Whats on in June......


Netherbury Gardens Open 8th & 9th of June -  50th Anniversary at least 16 gardens to see with light lunches available in the hall and several tea venues including Parnham Farm!

  • Flower festival at from 7th-9th of June.
  • Xchange cafe - Church of St. Candida & Holy Cross - June 2
  • Whitchurch Purcellians have a couple of recitals in the church that month, namely:
    Sat June 8 - Kan Tomita Piano Trio . £8, children and students free. 7pm start.
    June 22 - Young Musicians from Purcell School of Music. £10, to include drinks and canapes. 6.30 for 7.
Motor Bikers weekend, incl BBQ and live bands - Five Bells, Whitchurch Canonicorum  21st - 22nd

Abbotsbury Swannery - swans hatching end of May till end of June

37th Annual West Dorset Vintage Rally held on weekend 08 - 09 June 2013. Saturday 10am bygones auction, and with vehicle parades, ring displays, steam engines, market stalls, bar & refreshments. Held at the Melplash Show site at West Bay.

Bridport Food Festival from 9th - 16th June 2013 with a packed programme of foodie fun.

Hugh Cornwell (ex- lead singer and songwriter, The Stranglers). Electric Palace June 13.
